A new way to grow as a parent. attune listens to your real parenting moments, helps you see what's already working, and gives you gentle guidance you can use tomorrow.
How it works
You've read the books, scrolled the reels and tried ChatGPT after the kids have gone to bed. The advice is everywhere, but it's difficult to understand what might work for your family — and remember to implement the bits you want to.
attune is scientifically backed, tailored to you and it works through WhatsApp. There's no new app to download or tech to learn.
Hit record on your phone during any parenting moment — bedtime, mealtimes, the morning rush, the moments that feel hardest. Just leave it running in the background.
Forward the voice note to attune on WhatsApp.
Get a summary of what went well, a few gentle observations, and one or two things to try next time. One of our first testers changed how he handled a meltdown the very next day — and it worked. Send recordings daily and get a weekly summary of your patterns.

The science
attune is built on PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) and Gottman Emotion Coaching. These aren't parenting trends. They're clinical frameworks validated across decades of research, showing large and lasting effects on child behaviour, parent confidence, and family wellbeing.
attune translates the science into guidance you can use, for children aged 2 to 6.
150+
Randomised controlled trials
PCIT evidence base
This isn't a parenting fad — it's been tested rigorously in over 150 scientific studies worldwide.
d=1.65

Leijten et al. meta-analysis
This is a "large" effect in research terms — parents see real, measurable changes in their child's behaviour.

The same framework therapists use to track progress — now available to you at home.
What we believe
attune captures so you don't have to. It never interrupts. Just record, send, and be with your child. The insight comes after.
Your growth as a parent is the only metric that matters. Everything else serves that.
Family moments are sacred. What happens in your home stays in your home. No selling, no sharing, no exceptions.
See yourself becoming who you want to be. attune reflects your progress against your own intentions, not anyone else's.
Built on research, not opinion. Every piece of guidance maps back to a validated framework. We show our working.
Your privacy
Family moments are sacred. We built attune to reflect that.
When you send a recording, here's exactly what happens:
Your audio is transcribed automatically. No human listens and the audio isn't stored
The transcript is analysed to create your report
Your report is sent back to you
We don't sell your data. We don't share it. The only person who sees your report is you.
A note from us
We built attune because we believe parenting is the most important job there is, and the one with the least support. You don't get a performance review. You don't get a mentor. Most of the time, you don't even know what you're doing well.
The research is clear: small shifts in how you talk to your child create large, lasting changes. But that research has been locked inside clinical settings for decades. We want to put it in your hands.
This is an early version. We're sharing it with a small group of people we trust to be honest with us. We want to learn what's useful, what's not, and how attune can genuinely help you be the parent you already want to be.
Thank you for being part of this.
